All items provided are 100% digital. The buyer acknowledges that no physical shipment is associated with this transaction.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final once delivery commences.

The client waives the right to initiate credit card disputes for item not received as files are executed digitally.

Production begins only upon receipt of cleared initial retainer and required raw manuscripts or source materials.

Design services include up to 02 rounds of revisions. Additional scope changes will be billed separately.

The standard production window for digital assets spans 60 to 90 business days from the official kickoff date.

Full IP rights of finalized assets transfer to the client only upon complete settlement of the final invoice.
